Melbourne Postpartum Services helps parents both get through and make sense of life with a newborn, whether this be their baby or their 5th.
We support families with things like feeding, sleep, crying, fussiness, settling, overwhelm, and the constant second-guessing that can creep in during early parenthood.
Our work brings together evidence-informed newborn support with thoughtful care for the parent as well. That means we look at both what may be going on with your baby and what this season is asking of you.
We DO NOT do rigid rules, generic advice, or one-size-fits-all solutions. We help families understand what is normal, what is worth paying attention to, and what feels workable in real life.

In-home postpartum support
Practical in-home support for life with a new baby, including newborn care, feeding, settling, parent support, and help making the early weeks feel more manageable.

Virtual Clarity Sessions
Parent-centred online support for when early parenthood feels overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally heavy, and you want help making sense of what is happening.
Baby Consults
Focused consults for parents who want help with specific baby concerns such as crying, sleep, feeding, fussiness, settling, and regulation. Think of these like the kind of expert support parents often look for from a sleep or feeding consultant, but with a broader, evidence-informed view of both baby and parent.

Mother’s Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Promoter: This giveaway is run by Melbourne Postpartum Services (“MPS”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility: Entry is open to expecting a baby or postpartum parents with at least one child under 24 months old in Australia aged 18 years or over. Entrants may enter for themselves or on behalf of someone they love, provided the person receiving the prize meets the eligibility criteria.
Promotional Period: Entries open at 1.5.2026 and close at 10.05.2026 . Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. To enter, complete and submit the official giveaway entry form during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Prize: There are 2 prizes available. Each prize is: - 1 x MPS Virtual Clarity Call - 60 minutes - delivered online- includes a written summary after the session. Each prize is valued at $199 AUD. The prize is not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and not exchangeable. Prize Conditions: Each prize must be used within 60 days of the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Melbourne Postpartum Services. Sessions are subject to booking availability. If a winner is entering on behalf of someone else, the prize may be gifted to that eligible recipient.
Winner Selection: 2 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place on 11.5.2026 at 9:30am AEST. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw. if a phone number has been provided we will also attempt contact via phone. If a winner does not respond and claim their prize within 3 days Melbourne Postpartum Services reserves the right to redraw the prize.
